YOUR INSURANCE

Our office is happy to assist patients who have dental insurance. We accept most major dental insurance plans that do not require that you see a dentist from a specific "list" of dentists. We ask that you assign your benefits to us at treatment and your balance or co-payment be paid at the time your of visit. When the insurance payment is received, we will refund any overpayment or request that you pay any remaining balance.

You may also pay at time of treatment and file your own insurance for reimbursement.

We will assist you in determining your available insurance coverage, but it is your responsibility to know the limitations of your dental benefits. Remember: The insurance agreement is between you and the insurance company

We make technology(computers) do the work for you filing your insurance. We file your information for you as a courtesy, if you wish, and you never need fill out a form. Call us and ask about your specific insurance policy. We'll be glad to help you.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
